Share career insights that showcase your expertise
- Now, you know. The content that gets more engagement on LinkedIn is grounded in professional knowledge, opinions, and advice. That content that offers real value to other people. That's great, but what does that look like in practice? I wanna break it down for you with four proven posting strategies to help you create valuable knowledge-driven content. I've seen these work time and time again. The first strategy is what we'll cover in this video, and it's to share career insights and advice because we all have one thing in common on LinkedIn, right? We're looking to succeed and grow in our professional lives. So sharing career related content that helps other people learn from your experiences is widely relatable and very relevant. And make it yours too. Ground your career lessons and specific experiences you've had or unique examples. Just remember that old storytelling adage as you create. Show, don't tell. I've got some questions I can share to help get your creative juices flowing here. Is there something you wish someone had told you earlier in your career? Or maybe what's your take on hot workplace topics? Think about like the four-day work week, AI's role in the workplace, job hopping, or RTO mandates, things like that. Also, how has working in different companies or industries, or even cultures shaped your career perspective or how you show up at work? If any of those really resonated with you, I'd say pause the video and go make a post about it right now. And then once you're back, we can head into the next video and talk about our second posting strategy.
