Four elements of successful LinkedIn posts

- Now you know what content themes perform really well on LinkedIn, but how are you turning all of those amazing ideas that you have into an actual engaging post? Like what are the building blocks? I actually wanna start with some examples and I wanna ask you what you think is more engaging. So take a look at the two posts popping up on your screen. We have post one from Jill Henderson and post two from Patalia Jones. Looking for me it's, I mean, it's Jill's post every time. Like it's so engaging. And even though they're both using the career insights posting strategy, in this case they're both about resume tips, post one is really using all the right building blocks to make sure that that post is standing out in a positive and helpful way to the audience. And those building blocks are: Number one, a strong hook or opening line. I read, "Is Your Resume CRAAP?" And I'm like, is it? What does crap mean? Why are there two As? And then the main message is really delivering value while still pulling in her personal experience. And then at the end, she's directly inviting the audience to engage with that question at the end. Let's break down these building blocks one by one so we can dive a little deeper.
