- [Instructor] Not every conversation I want to have in Teams is a channel-wide conversation. For example, I might want to talk with just a couple of people from the maintenance crew or one person in a team, not everyone. And that doesn't mean I have to default back to Outlook, I don't, because Teams has another mechanism for me to chat besides our organization of teams and channels, and that's to go to the left rail and simply click Chat. And I have chats with people. I can have a chat with one person, two people, three people, and so on. I have a little note that I can click actions to attach files, send video clips, and so on here. Got it, that's a good thing to know. So, if I want to have a chat with Charles, I can do that. He's right here. But what if I want to chat with somebody other than Charles? Maybe I want to chat with Reggie. Well, I have a recent chat with Reggie. I can click here and type something to Reggie, and this is private between Reggie and I. This is a private…
