- [Instructor] Now we need to explain what makes this document a positive. So on this training page here, let's click the train link in the menu. We've got one of our documents selected so that we have content showing in the right panel. And this is actually a pretty straightforward example. Our change letter has the same text benefits change notice, that shows up in every place, every time. So the easiest way to do this is to use this text as our explanation key. Over here in the left for explanations, let's create a new explanation and it will be a blank. And the name is going to be subject, which is the subject of the message. And the explanation type is going to be a phrase list. As you can see it's words, phrases, patterns, numbers, other characters. And I'm going to go ahead and just copy this here.
