- AI is amazing at helping us to see things that we can't see for ourselves. It can go through far more data than we could ever imagine and provide a very detailed analysis of the big picture. One area that's just begging for this analysis is around performance management. I'm sure you would agree with me, there's a lot of variation from one manager to the next. So what I want to invite AI to do is either come into our system and analyze what it sees there, or feed it performance reviews in a documented format. Okay, now, as you know, I'm doing some quick hits on other ways you can use ChatGPT. And so my first query will be about performance management. I'm going to assume that you're using Microsoft Performance Management 365. So I'm going to ask it, "How would I use it to analyze the effectiveness of our review process?"
