- [Instructor] The overwhelming number of test techniques and skills required to become proficient at manual testing can be daunting to someone new to quality assurance. Your mind races as you scrutinize the endless possibilities of things that need to be tested and wonder how you are going to accomplish at all. Don't worry, there are a few easy steps that will guide you along the way. First, the best place to start is with your company's product. Before you jump into testing, take the time to understand your product completely. All good quality testers know the product inside and out. Spend time learning it and exploring it.
