- [Narrator] Besides some of the various different troubleshooting techniques, wifi might have some problems when it comes to speed minimums. If your users are taking advantage of various different conferencing applications, then here are some minimum upload and download speeds. We often think of download speed, but we rarely think of upload speed. So it could be that your download is fine. You're able to see other people's video, hear their audio, but they can't hear that staff member's audio or see their video because of upload issues. So in Microsoft Teams case, one and a half megabits is going to be your minimum. Now if things are getting jittery, just have the staff turn off the video until you can figure out why it is that there's a speed issue so at least they can hear the audio. Recommended would be four megabits per second minimum upload and download for Microsoft Teams. Zoom also is going to require a minimum of one and a half megabits per second upload and download, but the…
