- [Instructor] There are many common conference call issues with all different types of brands and vendors. One of the main ones that I've seen is poor audio, or video, or both. Now, one of the reasons for that is because you're trying to use the wifi or wireless and you just don't have enough bandwidth to make it work. It's possible there's other people on that wifi or wireless and you're not able to get enough speed, either upload or download. The fix for that, of course, would be to make sure that you don't have a lot of other devices on while you're trying to make your conference call. It could also be another reason as well, and that could be that there's a lot of other wifi or wireless access points in your immediate vicinity just because of the location you're in, in an office, park or apartment.
