Build boundaries with loved ones

- Working from home brings unique challenges, especially when you're juggling work and caregiving responsibilities. A flexible schedule can sometimes confuse those you live with, so setting clear boundaries is essential. In earlier videos, I encouraged you to establish a clear start and end to your workday. Discuss your schedule candidly while focusing on collaboration more than compromise. Agree on times when you'll focus on work and when you'll spend time together. For adults, this might mean sharing your work hours and scheduling moments to reconnect like during lunch. If you're caring for someone with medical needs, make sure to include breaks in your schedule to address their care. When setting boundaries with children, use clear specific language to create realistic expectations. For example, you might say at five o'clock, dad is at home. Before that is work time and I need to stay focused. If they're young, show them what this looks like on a clock. Consider making a short list…
