Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Juggling tasks is part of the job in production work. But if you don't have a system, things slip through the cracks. The goal isn't to do everything at once. It's to stay in control of what you are doing even when the demands come fast. Start by identifying the top priorities. If three things hit your plate at once, ask, what's the most time sensitive? What affects others if I don't get it done? That helps you focus on what matters most, not just what's loudest. Next, group related tasks. Can you batch similar work together? For example, if you're moving materials, check if anything else needs to be moved while you're already on the floor. Small efficiencies like that make a big difference. Use mental bookmarks.
