Thinking about what we discussed in the last video about why internal communication matters, I'd like you to think now about why it matters for your organization. Grab your notebook and have a go at this challenge. Write an email to your CEO explaining why internal communication matters to your organization and outlining the benefits of improving it. Now, this is a tough challenge, I know, but give it a try. Take 10 to 15 minutes to do this, and then come with me into the next video where we'll get more tactical and look at internal communication in practice.
