Here's a challenge for you if you're up for it. Think about all the communication channels that are used in your organization. How many are there? Write down as many as you can. Once you've made this list, consider the strengths and weaknesses of each. Which channels do you think are the most effective, and why? Can you identify just one thing that you could do to improve your communication channels? This challenge will help you apply the learning in this video to your own organization.
