What is 6G?
(bright music) - [Presenter] Now that we have explored wireless technologies from Second Generation to Fifth Generation, it's time to look ahead toward the future connectivity, which is 6G. 6G, known as Sixth Generation, is a technology focused on providing better wireless connectivity. And how 6G delivers that as compared to that of 5G, it is expected to be 50 times faster in terms of speed than 5G. It has certain immersive experiences including the holographic and tactile communication. And also real-time responsiveness here is available for truly live and data-heavy applications. And this level of performance enables new possibilities from mixed reality to remote robotic surgeries. 6G is also having a evolving vision of mobile network. As we move towards IMT-2030, which is often associated with what we broadly refer to as 6G.
