- [Narrator] You can never underestimate the power of effective communication. It's the single best tool to ensure the success of any project. Quality's role during this sprint and throughout product development doesn't change just because the methodology is new. However, how and what you communicate will need to be transformed to accommodate much smaller development pieces and much faster processes. Much of the emphasis of your work will be focused on your bug tracking databases like JIRA and Centercode. Data will be centralized and results will be compartmentalized to give focus to the objectives of the sprint. Your goal will be making your reports, data and testing output easily accessible and clearly centered on those sprint goals. You may be running other testing in the background, especially those that take long lead times. However, that work should take a backseat and should only surface if it impacts the sprint…
