- [Presenter] The Protractor tool is great for measuring angles and creating guidelines. Activate the protractor tool by clicking on the tools dropdown, and then all the way down to protractor. We're going to create some guidelines at 45 degrees to create a roof line on this space. So with the protractor tool active, hover over this left edge here until you reach the midpoint. And if you're having trouble locking your protractor to the green axis, you can tap your left arrow key to lock that in. Click release on the midpoint to choose your vertex, and then move your cursor out and to the right. So that first click release vertex, or the corner of your angle. Second click release is the start of the angle, and then I start to move my cursor up. I can use these tick marks here on the protractor wheel, or I can look in the lower right hand corner to see my angle. So I'm going for 45 degrees, I can either click release here or I can type it in, "45", enter, to set that. And now we have a…
