Creating an FAQ based on SharePoint files with Copilot

- Instead of manually building an FAQ, also known as Frequently Asked Questions, you can ask Copilot to help. In a SharePoint document library, start by selecting the circle for the file, or files, that you want to build the FAQ from. Then select Copilot. If creating an FAQ based on these files is listed, select it. If it's not suggested, go ahead and type it down here within the prompt writing area. Then select Send. You'll have some notifications as Copilot is building this information for you. And here's the response coming in. Now let's scroll back to the top and take a closer look. Here is the original prompt, and the response with each question and answer choice. You can copy this content and repurpose it elsewhere, with your edits of course. That's how Copilot can help you create questions and answers based on existing SharePoint files.
