Connect to a SharePoint library from Microsoft 365 apps

- [Narrator] When you're signed into a familiar Microsoft 365 app, such as Excel, OneNote, Word, or PowerPoint, you automatically have access to open and save files to OneDrive and SharePoint cloud document libraries. With an app open such as Word, to open a file from a SharePoint site document library, select "open". There's a "quick access" section here that lists all of the recent document libraries that you've been working in for the SharePoint sites you have access to. Select one of these sites to view the contents of the document library. If a site that you need is not listed here, select "show more" to view "Recent" and "Your Teams". Let's go ahead and select a SharePoint site, and here are all of the folders and the files that are a part of that default document library. If you're editing a file and you want to save a copy to a SharePoint site, it's a similar process to opening a file. Let's go to a Excel workbook that I already have open here.
