Coauthoring a SharePoint file together

- [Instructor] Need to make edits with a colleague in the same file at the same time. You can do this with a method called Coauthoring. With a SharePoint site document library file open, such as the Word document that's open here within the Word web app, you can view who else is working in the file with you. If you've just opened the file, you may have a caption that will pop up in the upper right corner indicating that there are other people working in this file. You'll also have these round icons that will either have a picture of that person's profile, or their initials indicating who is here working in the file and where they are working. Now, before we go and take a look at what they're doing in this file, notice the color blue has been assigned to Aya. If there are multiple people working in the file, other colors will be assigned to each of them, and you'll see a flag icon in that same color that's indicating where that person is working in the file.
