This is one of my most recommended techniques in building a SharePoint communication site. Why make your visitors dig through huge libraries or massive documents to locate manuals and procedures when you can convert them to easily searchable, findable, and consumable pages? By converting documents into webpages, you streamline access, enhance readability, and improve engagement with the interactive elements and real-time updates. I don't know about you, but as soon as my documentation is created, it's definitely out of date or likely to be out of date soon.
