Searching for content - SharePoint Tutorial

Searching for content
- [Instructor] Let's circle back to why we even created those pages in the first place. One of the key benefits of doing that is the fact that everything in Microsoft 365 is searchable. Sometimes content that is buried in documents won't show up in your search results. By converting them into pages, we now have a more searchable resource. From anywhere in Office 365, you can search your content. I just happen to be in the Global Marketing site. Let's use the search across site option at the top of the page and search for one of the topics that was in our pages. Notice that not only do I get the manual that I had in my library, I also have the page that referenced the community building. And again, using this technique, I've given people a way to get to their content within three clicks. By mastering the search functionality, you can find information you need quickly and efficiently, ensure that your content is not only searchable, it's findable.
