- [Instructor] If you believe what gets measured gets managed, then this lesson is for you. ServiceNow's data visualization area bundles every reporting tool in one spot. On the All Reports landing page, you can also filter by things like Owned by me and Shared with me to see a complete list of reports. What I want to do now is I want to jump into the Visual Designer and open up Open Incidents Grouped. I can search for it here in the filter bar. There it is. Let's take a look at this report. On top, we can quickly see and even edit the visualization name. And on the right, we can see all sorts of options, including the overall visualization type, the data source, the chart type, and a host of other features that help this feel really more like Microsoft Excel. These charts are live, so you can click on any of these boxes to drill down to the matching records.
