Good news is, as admins, we can turn this chaos into clarity. By the end of this video, you'll know how to organize apps and modules so users only see what's relevant to them. Hide distractions without deleting anything, and follow ServiceNow's best practices for a maintainable menu. Let's build a navigator that's intuitive, not intimidating. First, let's break down the building blocks. Applications like Incident, Problem and Change, these are the folders in your menu. The modules like Create New, Assign to me, Open or Resolved, these are the links inside these folders.
