- [Instructor] In the previous video, we established a nice grid for our dashboard. It's now time to think about how we are presenting the data to the users. It is very easy to go wrong here. We are fond of favoring catchy graphics over real usability. The presentation of your dashboard matters, but how can you deliberately improve it? You can do so by embracing consistency and clarity. You can prevent user confusion by being consistent and clear in all your dashboards. For example, you should use common skills axis and units across all visualizations or panels. This will help users avoid making unnecessary mental conversions in their minds. Make sure that any deviations from the norm are clearly explained with proper labeling or visual cues.
