Catching up on conversations and other changes to a project
- [Instructor] Copilot has a wonderful catch-up feature to see things you might have missed, but it's not just for things you missed. It can help you stay current on project activity. We'll start with Teams and I'm going to click Chat to be able to use Copilot. And I'll click the arrow. Let's see how Copilot does at catching me up. Nice, it gave me a quick summary. Normally, the catch-up feature pulls things like documents, conversations, and other changes to your team's channels. Here's a way to improve that. And as we look back, it did a nice job summarizing the last three months. So a caution for you, if you say catch me up, often, Copilot does not know what you want, and in my experience, it actually went back one year. (laughs) So adding a timeframe is a good idea. Now, you don't have to be in Teams to get these same results. Let's go over to Copilot in M365 and I can do something similar. Let me give you another important one that I use all the time.
