- [Instructor] Have you ever interpreted an email as angry, provided an angry response back, only to discover the person was just trying to get their point across, did not intend for it to be a negative tone? Well, thankfully, Copilot can assist us. And because I'm interested in an email, let's start with Outlook for the web. You'll see I'm showing my current inbox. And you'll find Copilot in the top right. If for some reason you don't see this, be sure you're using the new Outlook. Now that I've clicked Copilot, I'm actually going to ask it to locate a recent email. I really want to know more about the tone of the last email from a vendor. Let me go ahead and click the arrow to send this. Well, as you can see, Copilot realized that there's a negative tone, and it actually recommends that I consider that in my response.
