- If we are to compete in the marketplace, artificial intelligence needs to be viewed as a mandatory element in our lives. Its capabilities are being baked into more tools every day. As technical project managers, we'll inevitably deal with AI as a requirement of, or as part of, a project solution. The benefits of AI are expanding daily. It increases the speed with which tasks can be accomplished, reduces human error, and allows hardware like robots to enter dangerous environments. Further, it's available 24/7, it helps with repetitive jobs and is quick to respond. On the flip side, setting up sophisticated AI is costly.
