Challenge: Observation note-taking
- This is the first challenge in this course. We'll be using the challenges to step through each part of the design thinking process. Each challenge builds on the previous ones, so you'll get the most benefit from completing them all. I mentioned some things in the challenge and solution videos that aren't covered in the other course videos, so even if you choose not to do the challenges, please do still watch each challenge and solution video so that you have an understanding of how each activity is performed and what the output typically looks like. In this challenge, I'd like you to practice taking observation notes. Normally, you'd go out and perform your own observations, but for this course, I've created some edited highlight videos of interviews with people who are relevant to the example problem that we're tackling in this course.
