Convert files from a previous version of PowerPoint

- [Instructor] If a presentation was created with an older version of PowerPoint, the words Compatibility Mode are appended to the file name. An older presentation will have fewer features enabled, so it's best to convert it to the latest version of PowerPoint. Go up to the File tab, and click on Info. Here, notice there is a Convert button. You'll only see this button if you have an older presentation open. Click on the button, choose where you want to save your document, and change the name if necessary. Once you're ready, click Save. Now there are two copies of the presentation, the newer version, and the older one. I recommend archiving the older one, so you don't accidentally keep working in that version.
