- [Instructor] At this point, the text portion of our presentation is in pretty good shape, but I'm ready to add some photos and illustrations. Remember, strong visuals help your audience understand the information, and in many cases encode what they see. It's pretty easy for text to just overwhelm the audience, but a good, strong visual gives them an anchor point and can trigger a solid memory. Let's add an illustration to start. To do this, I'll go to the Insert tab, and I'm going to browse some photos online. Let's choose Pictures here, and select Online Pictures. This brings up the ability to do a search. Let's type in the phrase "archery target", and click Search. Now, it brings up a lot of different options here. You'll notice that the checkbox has been applied for Creative Commons.
