- [Instructor] Once we have created our Microsoft Power Automate Desktop flows, there are going to be different ways that we can utilize these processes and that we can also share them with our colleagues or use them on different machines. We've seen that we can trigger processes from the cloud, but we can also create a desktop shortcut. By creating a desktop shortcut, it's going to allow us not to have to run Microsoft Power Automate Desktop every time, but to have an icon on our desktop so that we can automatically click on that icon and trigger that process. We can also share the different process with different colleagues. So for example, if I go to the cloud version of Microsoft Power Automate and I go into my desktop flows, I will have the ability to share different processes with different colleagues. By clicking on the share button, I will have access to the list of different people inside of my domain address or my organization, and I will have the ability to choose who I…
