- [Instructor] In this training, I'm going to show you how to use process mining in Power Automate to analyze and improve your business processes. To access process mining, you have to go to the cloud version of Microsoft Power Automate and go to the tab of process mining. The next step would be to download the process mining app on your computer. That is going to give you the ability to visualize and work with your data in a better and more comprehensible way. The first step is to prepare your data. Process mining in Power Automate requires your data to be in a specific format. This format is called an event log. There are two different kinds of insight that we can gain in our processes. One is called process mining and the other is called task mining. The main difference is that in task mining, we are going to record all of the actions that we are required to complete a process.
