Save attachments from a message
- [Instructor] When people send you attachments, like PDF files, Word docs, photos, and other files, you can save those to clear out your email. You'll know when a message has an attachment because you'll see the paperclip icon on the right hand side in the message pane, and there may be more than one attachment in an email and you'll see the icon right here in the email itself. This one contains a PDF file and I know that because of the icon. I can always click on it and it's going to open up in a special preview mode directly in the email itself. I have some options. With this PDF file, I can scroll down and view the PDF file directly. I can click Open here at the top to open it in whatever is the default program to view that file type on my computer. Save As will save it directly to my computer and I can print it or save it to my OneDrive online. On the right hand side, it's also letting me read the email itself, which is very convenient because it may gimme some context as to what…
