- [Instructor] Outlook has some tools built in to help you if you need assistance. We talked about using the highlight tool in a previous video, but don't forget that you can click and drag to select text, and in the context menu that appears, you can click highlight to bring attention to that particular bit of text. The next tool is called the immersive reader, and you can find that in the view menu. With your email selected, click immersive reader. It's going to open up in a window in which you can not only have your email read aloud to you, but you can also change every aspect of how it's displayed to you. At the very bottom of the screen, you can click the play button to have the email read aloud. And if you click on voice settings right next to it, you can change the speed of the voice as well as the voice selection. On the top right-hand side of the screen, you can choose text preferences.
