Create contact lists in Outlook

- [Instructor] You can create a contact list that is a named list that goes out to many email addresses so that you only have to address it once and it goes out to everybody. You can click inside your contact lists in the left-hand pane, and from here click Create a contact list to get started. You can also click the dropdown next to New contact and choose New contact list. It's going to take you to the exact same screen. The first thing we'll do is give our contact list a name. And after that you can click inside Add email addresses and start adding people to your list. You can select people right away or start typing. You can continue adding. It doesn't even have to be anybody that's in my contacts. This could be the first time that Outlook is hearing about this email address, and that's fine. I'll click Add and I can still add them to my list. I'll click Create. And now I have a contact list with three people in there. At any time, I can place a checkmark next to my contact list…
