What you need for email efficiency
- [Instructor] There is more than one product with Outlook in its name, so let's make sure that we both know what product we're using. One Outlook product is Outlook for PC, or simply called Outlook, and it used to be called Outlook for Windows. Outlook for PC is a desktop product that is typically licensed as part of Microsoft 365. There are different desktop versions of Outlook for different platforms and different computers, so there's a version of Outlook also for Mac computers, Outlook for the Mac. This course focuses specifically on the Windows PC version of Outlook, even though some of the features I cover are also available on Outlook for the Mac. When you install Outlook on your PC, whether you purchase it separately or it's part of a Microsoft 365 subscription, you are installing a desktop version of Outlook, and this is what it looks like.
