- [Instructor] In the upper left hand corner of the folder pane, you have a favorites list and it has three items in it by default, inbox, drafts, and sent items, and for each of those inbox, drafts, and sent items, there's also a number that says how many unread items there are. Yes, there are 1,357 unread items in this inbox right now. You and I get to curate what appears on the favorites list. We can't get rid of inbox, for example, but we can add other items and I want to show you exactly why I want to do this. Remember that I have a projects folder and inside that projects folder, I have an onboarding project folder. That onboarding project actually has an unread message in it. Later on in this course, I'm going to show you how to create a rule to automatically route messages right through your inbox into specific folders, so if a message came in that had onboarding project as its title, clearly it belongs in that folder and why should I need to move it?
