(air whooshing) - [Instructor] Hello everyone. Let's take a look into the different network topologies that you can configure when using Oracle Database@Google Cloud. This can be helpful when you are deploying applications in Google Cloud in combination with OCI database services available with Oracle Database@Google Cloud. The first configuration is where you can just use a single VPC for both your applications and the OCI database services of Oracle Database@Google Cloud. Such configurations provide high performance and low latency outcomes. You may have one or more applications deployed in isolation. As in this case, sales and HR are placed in different subnets. However, these applications along with the OCI database service are placed within the same Google Cloud region and Google project.
