Let's take a look at how you can ensure you are building your integrity rather than damaging it. It sounds like it should be easy, but good people are repeatedly making these mistakes. Mistake number one is to think that you need to know everything. You don't need to know everything, and the sooner you publicly acknowledge that you don't, you build trust with others who already know that you don't know everything. The implications of this include not needing to comment on everything. If there are others who know more about a topic, then let them speak up. Mistakes, ask for input.
