There are three really powerful questions you can use to help your colleagues in this way. Guiding people's attention helpfully is one of the most powerful and empowering things you can do. How does owning this project enable you to develop the skills that are important to you? This question is stacked full of presuppositions. It says that you're the owner of the project, to start with. This may be a step up for some people, so we're combining it with some positives to help the brain focus on the good things rather than the scary ones.
