How to improve nonverbal presence

- How to instantly be more engaging in conversations? It's not just in what you say, it's how you show up. Before words even matter, your body is already speaking. Your face will leak what you're really feeling, whether it's curiosity, skepticism, or boredom, and your body, well, it tells people if you're truly engaged. Here is the cheat code. EFFF, eyes, forehead, frame, and feet. Eyes, are they showing curiosity or are they glazed over? Forehead, is it relaxed and open or tense and skeptical? Frame, leaning in with interest or pulling back? And feet, pointed towards them, engaged, or angled away, checked out? Next time you're in a conversation, watch your own signals. Small shifts make a huge impact on how the other person feels.
