Join Windows Servers to AD DS, Microsoft Entra Domain Services, and Microsoft Entra

- [Andrew] In this lesson, we're going to learn how to join devices to various authentication providers. First of all, we'll examine a computer, which is a member of an on-premise workgroup. Then we'll take a look at how to add that computer to an active directory domain. Next, we'll look at configuring the settings for Entra ID register and performing an Entra ID registration. We'll also look at Entra ID join and Entra ID hybrid join. In demonstration, you'll see how to join a computer to an active directory domain. And then we'll review the changes made in the domain and on the computer as a result of that join. So I'm connected to the domain controller, I'm just going to review the settings as they are before I perform this join activity. We'll start by taking a look in Active Directory Users and Computers.
