- Hi, Bonnie Beafore here. In this tip, we're going to explore how Project's indicators and option buttons can help you edit your schedules. We're going to head up to the file tab, and choose options. In the Project options dialog box, I want to go to the display category. There's a section, show indicators and options buttons for, and there are four check boxes. So there're indicators and option buttons for resource assignments, which is when you make changes to assignments. There's one for when you make edits to work units or duration in assignments. The third one is when you make changes to start and finish dates on tasks. And finally, the last one is if you do a deletion in the name columns.
