Summarize tasks in resource usage view

- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here with another project tip. The Resource Usage view displays the tasks assigned to each resource. This tip shows how to format that view to show assignments within the project outline. So we're going to go to the view tab. In the Resource Views tab, click Resource Usage. This view has a summary row for each resource in the project, and then beneath that summary row, you see the tasks assigned to that resource. Now in some cases, you could have a long list of assignments at the same level for that resource, and that makes it tough to spot the assignments you're looking for. What we're going to do is go to the View tab data section and click the down arrow in the Group by box. There's a built-in group called Assignments Keeping Outline Structure. So I'm going to choose that. Now we can see that there's still a summary row for the resources, but you also see summary rows for the different levels of the project outline.
