Find and correct tasks with invalid dates

- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here. Invalid dates are no-nos in projects, such as completed work that's recorded on future days or planned work scheduled in the past. In this tip, you'll see how to find tasks with invalid dates and correct them. We're going to start by going to the project tab, and we want to make sure that the status date is set correctly. In this case, I'm going to use May 1st. If it's not set to that, you click the calendar icon, and then choose the date that you want and then click OK. Next, we're going to create a filter to find the tasks with invalid dates. I'm going to go to the view tab and in the data section, click the down arrow for the filter box. Down at the bottom of the menu, choose new filter. I'm going to call it C_InvalidDates. The first thing we want to look for is incomplete tasks. So in the first field name, I'm going to add %complete. And the test that we want is, is less than, and…
