Customize and share the Quick Access Toolbar

- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. In this project tip, you'll see how to add your favorite commands to the quick access toolbar so they're always easy to get to. You'll also see how to share your custom toolbar with your colleagues or even another computer that you own. The quick access toolbar sits at the top left corner of your project window. Initially it only has three things on it, save, undo, and redo. But you can add your favorite commands to the toolbar. For example, if you click the down arrow to the right of the toolbar, you can see some popular commands that you can add just by clicking them, like Open. When you do that, it adds the Open icon to the toolbar. I'm gonna click the down arrow again, and this time, I'm gonna click View. That adds a box that has a down arrow, so you can click that down arrow and choose any view in your project file. But what if you want to add something that's on the ribbon? You can do that as well.
