- Hi, Bonnie Biafore here with another Project tip. A work breakdown structure, or WBS, shows Project work as a hierarchy like an organization chart. If you need a WBS to show stakeholders, you can produce one in Project by creating a Visio-based visual report. So we're going to go to the report tab and on the right side click visual reports. That opens up the visual reports dialogue box. Now, we want the Visio visual report templates. So what I'm going to do here is turn off the checkbox for Microsoft Excel. That way all I see are the Visio reports. And you can see that the samples over here will show you basically what the report looks like. The report I'm going to use is the task status report. So I click that in the list. I'm going to keep the usage data set to weeks because we don't really use that for a WBS. Then I can just go ahead and click view.
