Avoid invalid dates

- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. You don't want your project to have invalid dates, such as completed work recorded on future days, or planned work scheduled in the past. In this tip, you'll see how to set up Project to automatically avoid some of these invalid dates. We're going to go to the File tab, and then choose Options. In the Project Options dialog box, over on the left side, choose Advanced, and then scroll down to the bottom, so you can see the calculation options for this Project section. We're going to start by turning on the first checkbox, Move end of completed parts after the status date back to the status date. So, that means any work that's complete that's showing up as in the future is going to get moved back into the past before the status date.
