Add multiple hyperlinks to a task or resource

- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here. In this tip, I'll show you how to trick Project into adding more than one hyperlink to a task or resource. We're going to use Task Nine, identify tenant improvements. So I'm going to right click that task, and on the shortcut menu, I'm going to choose link. It's down at the very bottom. Now when you do that, it opens up the Insert Hyperlink dialog box. From here, you can link to a task, a resource, a file, or a website. Well, let's say that we want to link to task ID 15. In that case, what I'm going to do in the dialog box is click Place in this document. When I do that, I see a box, Enter the task or resource ID, so I want to link to task 15. So I type that in the box, and then click OK. In the indicators column, you'll see the icon the globe with the link of chain, so that's your indication for a hyperlink.
