- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here. To make sure you check every scheduling best practice, you can add instructions to your report. So here we have our schedule assessment report already displayed. I want to go to the report design tab. I'm going to add a text box below the table to contain the instructions. So in the insert section, click text box, then go down to the report and start at the top left and drag down to the bottom right. That adds the text box. Now we can put the text with the instructions into this text box. I created those instructions in a Word document because it's a lot easier to set it up. So let me find that document. And I'm going to drag it over into this window so that you can see it. Now in this Word document, I can select all of the text just by pressing Control + A.
