- [Instructor] Project offers several tools that help you spot schedule problems. That way, you can correct them before they get out of hand. I'm gonna start by applying the Tracking Gantt view. On the Task tab, click the bottom half of the Gantt chart button, and then choose Tracking Gantt. Over on the right side of the Task tab, click Scroll to Tasks so you can see the task bars in the timescale. They're pretty wide, so I'm gonna head over to the View tab. In the Zoom section, gonna click the down arrow and choose Weeks to shorten the timescale time units. Now you can see that there are two sets of task bars. The gray bars represent the baseline dates in the schedule. The blue bars are the current schedule dates. Now, notice there are a few tasks here where the blue bars occur before the gray bars. That means that they started early. However, if I scroll over to the right a little bit, pretty soon, the blue bars are to the right of the gray bars, which means that they're running…
